friday morning i skipped my morning run.
saturday morning i got out and ran down and around frame park in about 62 minutes.
sunday and monday i took off from running as well.
i’m planning on doing some easy running tuesday through thursday and taking the day off on friday. at the moment, the weather forecast for the Chicago 50K looks favorable.
