south wind in january??

this morning’s temps were more reasonable…mid 30’s and a strong south wind. i ran a more East-West route and had the wind at my back for the last 1.25 miles of my 9 mile effort (at 8:00 pace). my iPod shuffle is set to randomly play songs from my ripped CD collection. this morning as i was coming up the last hill to my house i got to hear "Stone Cold Crazy" covered by Metallica which i thought was suitable considering the time of day i run at. ":-)"
