back at it
i brought along some gear and ran an easy five miles during lunch today. admittedly, i started rather slow but as time went along i began to move a bit faster. my quads are pretty sore when i run and i had a few lingering ligament "tweaks" that ebbed during the effort. in all, i’m not too bad off. i’ve enjoyed having a few days completely off from running but it is nice to get out for some fresh air too.
