nearly deja vu
i brought along gear and ran during lunch (again) today. my route was the same as yesterday’s 6 miler but perhaps a few seconds faster. honestly, it was much more pleasant to run today as the temps were warmer and the winds were less. in the end, miles are miles so i’m glad at least i logged six rather than zero.
my buddy dana launched a blog today – danaschulz.blogspot.com – with his recap of his BQ and SUB3 effort at the Green Bay Marathon. he’s gotta come up with some zippy name for his musings rather than the vanilla "Running Blog"…in my opinion!
