easing into the weekend
this morning i ran 5 miles at a little better than 8:30 pace. i’m up to 35 miles for the week, and with the long run planned for tomorrow morning i should get to 50. for the month, i’m aiming for 200 miles which should be attainable as well. my plan is to cram in miles early this next week as i likely won’t run next saturday as we’ll be flying to vegas.
