getting habitual
in the past week i’ve transitioned from an “every-other-day” training level back to a more normal “5-to-6-days-per-week” effort. on a daily basis i’ve been running between 40 and 65 minutes at a real easy pace and am just focusing on just logging some miles. from time to time i’ve seen some information on winter/spring races but haven’t committed to training for one as of yet. i may still register for an indoor half marathon at the Pettit Center in late January 2010. there are only a few spots left for the half marathon so i really should get off the fence and commit. time will tell.
