friday five

nothing scary about my morning constitutional on friday the 13th. my route was down comanche then east on the glacial drumlin trail and a 180 for home which resulted in another five miles to add to the odometer.

catching up

tuesday morning i got out for five miles with temps in the upper 40’s. this morning i ran out and back on the glacial drumlin for another five miles. it’s really getting boring to write about these five mile efforts.
